We offer a return policy of thirty (30) days on all products, unless otherwise stated. Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to clearance items, final sale products, special orders, cut products, opened, installed, or used items, as well as any product excluded for hygiene or safety reasons.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or another valid proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item.
